Exceptional and Innovative
It was great fun and a very pleasant surprise to discover a new favorite restaurant on the island! My husband and I consider ourselves foodies and are always on the watch for new places to try on the island. We visit Cayman frequently and while making our reservations for July, our friend highly recommended Agua. The Lemon Drop martinis are excellent. Walter had us try the ceviches that are made with a variety of different sauces and fish...OUTSTANDING and the best we've tried on the island. Went on to appetizers and Luciano suggested the crab stuffed portabello and the foie gras. Absolutely to die for. For me, foie gras has to be perfect or I can't eat the stuff! Next, we had the Osso Bucco and the Tuna. The Osso Bucco was recommended by a Ritz employee and Luciano...my husband loved it. It comes with a little fork to get all the marrow out of the bone. The tuna was perfectly seared rare with a potato cake, tempura fried green beans and a sauce surround. So very good. Again, I could go on and on, truly outside of Blue, the best entrees on the island. My only complaint was the bread offered before the meal...dry with little flavor. Service was exceptional. We actually changed our reservations at another place to return for our last meal before leaving and an illness deterred us. Can't wait to come back in October!

Agua Outdoors
My wife and I ate at Agua on 22 Feb 2010 and enjoyed the experience. We ate outside and we both had fish that was very good. The service was great and the waitress from Scotland was very pleasant and did a nice job. We would recommend this restaurant and we would go there again.

Two thumbs up
We were so pleased with this new restaurant, and will return often. We visit the island several times a year and have dined in many restaurants. The food was delicious and the menu has lots of choice to cater to all tastes. We also enjoyed the wine options. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere with fine dining presentation. Liked the outdoor or indoor seating too.

Best in the Caymans
Best restaurant in Grand Caymans!
My wife and I love to eat and while in the Caymans, had the chance to eat at eight restaurants, some very good, some average. Agua is the best of the bunch with Hemingways a close second.
What a treat! Osso Bucco was better than I had in Milan. My wife's dish was excellent and, the price was right.
Our waitress was outstanding. Dunja is from Germany and was very helpful and very caring. My wife and I wanted to take her home.
Anyway, do your self a favor, go the Agua, more than once.
