Very Good
I love Cafe del Sol. Since I am a college student at the University of the Cayman Islands, it is a very relaxing atmosphere to just go in get some food, get a coffee and sit at one of the tables, or one of the couches, or even upstairs in the cyber lounge to study and do homework. The service is good, not great. They take their time to make every product, but the result is very good. The staff are very nice and welcoming and their prices are amazing!

Poor service! The worst I have ever encountered!
Very poor service. They don’t have enough staff, internet is slow and when you ask for assistance it takes about 25mins for them to respond!

Cafe Del Sol's Customer Service!!!
I have called Cafe Del Sol @ 5:06 pm on Sunday, July 20, 2008 to ask if they have any birthday cakes available. When I asked if the cakes have any alcohol, he said "none of our cakes have alcohol in them." When I asked if the cakes are sliced or unsliced, the guy asked me if I have ever been to Cafe del Sol. When I said yes, he says "when you have been to the cafe, you should know what we have" and I said I only get coffee from there. He says, well, you have to come in the store to check them out. I asked him the range of prices for the cakes, he said again "you have to come to the store" and then he hung up the phone. This is really pathetic and rude. This will not encourage me to go to the store. Apparently, the customer service is 'bad' and 'rude' as well. I think, a person should not go to a place where there is no repect shown.
