Bamboo at GCBS
My husband and I visited this restaurant on our last evening at the Grand Cayman Beach Suites. We were so glad we did :) It was the best sushi we have ever had. The wait staff and the 2 chefs making the sushi were awesome :) We plan on visiting the GCBS next year and are absolutely going to go to Bamboo again. Nothing in this area compares to the fresh sushi we ate there - thank you staff for an amazing last evening in the Caymans :)

Bamboo is Heaven in Heaven
I would fly back in a minute to eat at Bamboo again and again. Vegans and all will delight by the most tasteful and wonderful menu on the Island. Fresh, wonderful presentation, more than enough in each serving ...
Love this place, don't miss it!

Outstanding restaurant! Like walking into another world...a perfect dining experience. Sushi platters are great for a small group...
