Gauchos, or carvers, frequently approach your table to serve you delicious meats straight from the Brazilian Churrascaria. The centre-piece of the restaurant is an impressive appetizer buffet, created with Italian granite over two levels, guaranteed to impress even the strictest of vegetarians. To really get the full experience at Prime order a Caipirinha, which is Brazil’s national cocktail, a blend of Cachaca (fermented sugar cane juice), sugar and lime.
