Average customer rating: 4.4

Solana has now closed and the space has been completely transformed... the new restaurant is called Veranda and focuses on freshly caught local seafood. Watch this space for more information.

Inspired by the art, culture and cuisine of the Caribbean, the former Solana Restaurant at the Marriott Beach Resort, Grand Cayman aimed to delight the senses with a combination of the sounds of the sea, the tastes of the innovative food their culinary team created and the sight of a Cayman sunset - again from one of the most perfect spots to watch it in all of Grand Cayman. Guests once relaxed under the open-air canopy while the Marriott's award winning culinary team treated them to irresistible gourmet alfresco dining delivered with exceptional service.
