Cayman Cookout 2019
The world's most talented chefs, culinary influences and wine and spirit experts will gather at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman for the 11th annual Cayman Cookout, hosted by Chef Eric Ripert. January 17thHarvest Dinner with Celebrity Chef Roy Yamaguchi
For the first time in The Brasserie's long-standing Harvest Dinner tradition, the pioneer of "Hawaiian Fusion", Chef Roy Yamaguchi will treat guests to a family feast at the Caboose. Garden cocktails will proceed a short stroll to the gourmet smokehouse to watch Chef Yamaguchi fire up the BBQ and chef up some bold and flavourful dishes. Something to Wine About is a one-hour orignal comedy show & wine tasting that includes audience participation. Award-winning sommelier and comedian, Laurie Forster, has taken the enjoyment of wine to a whole new level and now brings her live stage show to The Beach Deck at Seafire Resort + Spa. January 25thJasmine's Burns Supper

Taste of Cayman Food and Drink Festival is Cayman’s biggest foodie event which celebrates all we love about Cayman through food, drink, entertainment and our rich culinary heritage. National Trust Hatitude Brunch
Join the National Trust for their 6th annual National Trust Hatitude Brunch, a family-friendly occasion in support of preserving the history and traditions of the Cayman Islands and conserving the local environment. This year's theme is 'Birds of a Feather', and guests are encouraged to wear a bird-themed hat.
TuesdaysTacos y Tequila
Every Tuesday Seafire brings a little fiesta to the island with Tacos y Tequila at Cocoloba from 5pm-9pm. Groove to live music paired with as many $8 margaritas and $5 tacos you can handle.
