The 2024 event promises to be bigger and better than ever before! 

April 12th - The Black Eyed Peas 

April 13th - Taste of Cayman Food Festival

The six-time Grammy award-winning, Black Eyed Peas are going to kick off Taste of Cayman with a one-night-only concert on Friday 12th April. They are known for a string of worldwide hits, like ‘I Gotta Feeling’, ‘Where is the Love’ and ‘Don't Stop the Party’, and have collaborated with successful artists such as Fergie, Justin Timberlake, Shakira and many more. Gates open at 7pm.

Once you've whet your appetite on Friday with the Black Eyed Peas, return to Festival Green, Camana Bay on Saturday 13th April to celebrate the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean with the highly anticipated, annual Taste of Cayman Food & Drink Festival.

Culinary Demos
Coming all the way from the Big Apple to our slice of paradise, meet the two celebrity chefs on the Bon Vivant Demo Stage in partnership with the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism (CITA).

Ron Ben-Israel Chef-Owner of one of the world's most established couture cake studios. His collections of trendsetting cakes have been spotted in many of New York’s hotels and venues and featured in countless publications and television shows, including The New York Times, Vogue Magazine, The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Late Show with David Letterman and many more.

Mark Strausman Michelin-starred restaurant-trained chef, restaurateur and author who has achieved  the coveted position of chef de parti (senior chef) in the mid-1980s. The Chef and Owner of the critically acclaimed Mark’s Off Madison Restaurant and Bakery in NYC’s Flatiron District, Mark has also been featured on NBC’s The TODAY show, CBS This Morning, Martha Stewart Living and many others.

On Saturday 13th April, both Chefs will perform culinary demos on the Bon Vivant Demo stage. On Sunday 14th April, there will be a fun, relaxed, family-style brunch at Saltwater Grill as chefs work alongside the Saltwater Grill chefs to create signature dishes.
