Cayman Pirates Fest is a national festival celebrating all things Piratey! And more importantly, celebrating Cayman's history and cultural identity.
This year's theme is “That's Cayman, Our National Treasure”.

As with all years, Pirates Week 2025 will be a vibrant and exciting event that takes place in the Cayman Islands in November 2025. This annual Islands-wide celebration immerses visitors in the captivating world of pirates, with a series of exciting events, lively parades, and a host of activities for all ages.

Traffic Advisory: Road Closures for Pirates Week Activities: 8-15 November 2025
The RCIPS is advising the public of road closures taking place to facilitate Pirates Week activities, between 8 and 15 November.
Pirate’s Landing - Saturday, 8 November:
-Shedden Road will be closed at Seafarers Way, from 12:00AM to 12:00AM the following day (Friday night through Saturday night).
-Cardinall Avenue and Albert Panton Street will be closed from 1:00PM and 5:00AM the following day.
-Seafarers Way will be closed between Goring Avenue and Fort Street from 3:00PM and 6:30PM.
George Town Heritage Day – Thursday, 13 November
-Cardinall Avenue and Albert Panton Street will be closed from 9:00AM to 11:00PM
Finale - Saturday, 15 November:
-Shedden Road will be closed at Seafarers Way, from 12:00AM to 12:00AM the following day (Friday night through Saturday night).
-Cardinall Avenue and Albert Panton Street will be closed from 1:00PM to 5:00AM the following day.
-Seafarers Way will be closed between Goring Avenue and Fort Street from 3:00PM and 6:30PM.
5k Run/Walk - Monday, 10 November
The run begins at 5:30AM at the junction of Cardinall Avenue and Seafarers Way.
The route will go towards Edward Street, turn left onto Fort Street, right onto North Church Street and continue along West Bay Road to Plantation Village. Then turn around and return along West Bay Road, North Church Street, and Seafarers Way, finishing at the start point, and is expected to finish at 10:00AM.
The public is advised to exercise caution if travelling in the area during these times.
