Ăn Cỗ at the Residency Kitchen is an international Vietnamese banquet series led by Chef Thu Pham Buser at Palm Heights. The series explores Vietnamese food, design-forward cuisine, innovation and nostalgia, reimagining traditional dishes and regional flavours in a new light.
Chef Thu Pham Buser is a culinary artist, food stylist and Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef based in New York City. Born and raised in her family’s restaurant in Vietnam, she brings a personal connection to the food and culture shared through the Ăn Cỗ series. Tickets are CI$150.
