Fat Tuesday: Jazz & Gumbo brings the spirit of New Orleans to Whale Rider Records for an intimate evening of live music, Louisiana-inspired food and rum cocktails. Only 30 tickets are available.
Guests can enjoy a live performance by jazz trio The French Quarter-Notes, featuring flute, saxophone and guitar. Food from Carrućan Gumbo Bar includes Louisiana fried chicken wings, traditional gumbo with chicken, ham, Andouille sausage, shrimp and crawfish served with sticky rice, followed by Louisiana-style bread pudding. Flor de Caña rum cocktails, including the French Quarter Hurricane, are also included. Tickets are CI$60.
