New Year’s Eve Tasting Menu

Welcome 2026 in style with The Brasserie’s New Year’s Eve Tasting Menu, an elegant six-course dining experience taking place from 5:30 to 10pm at Cricket Square, George Town. Guests are invited to enjoy an evening of fine dining, exceptional wines, and warm Caymanian hospitality at one of the island’s most celebrated restaurants.

The exquisite menu features Pink Mood Oyster, Cayman Lobster Bisque, Seared Scallop, Grilled Blue House Salmon, and Roasted Angus Beef Tenderloin, concluding with Sticky Toffee Pudding and Valrhona Chocolate Truffles — a perfect finale to the year.

Dinner is CI$160 per person (plus gratuities), with an optional wine pairing for CI$75, including a welcome glass of Champagne.
