Rare Rum SupperClub presents: The Prim & Proper Platinum Repast

A celebration inspired by her Majesty's 70 years of service to the people of the United Kingdom, the Realms and the Commonwealth, Upstairs at Kaibo kickstarts the 4-day long celebrations in the Cayman Islands.

To celebrate this unprecedented anniversary, Upstairs at Kaibo in the Cayman Islands - a British Overseas Territory - will host a dinner to make Her Majesty proud. This is your chance to co-mingle with fellow minds amongst Cayman's finest selection of Rare Rum. Receive a tour of the magnificent rums, with your five-course dinner of rare rum craft cocktails, fine wines and locally sourced dishes, served on the acclaimed Upstairs sea-view veranda.

6pm - Depart from Camana Bay on the water taxi.
6.30pm - A warm greeting with a rare rum cocktail and canapés. 
7pm - Sit for dinner and enjoy a five-course tasting menu. 
10.15pm - Catch the last water taxi home.
