Sunset on Seven Mile is an ongoing social beach dinner series centred around one long table on the sand and a shared Afro-Caribbean meal by Kalabash. Guests can attend solo, as a couple or with friends, with the relaxed table setting designed to encourage conversation and new connections. The changing menu is served for sharing, while Soirées by Starling provides the full beach setting, including a welcome drink, wine with dinner, tableware, music and firelight. Seats are CI$125 per person, with dinners taking place every second Thursday.

The shared-table format is suitable for solo guests, couples and groups of friends. Solo diners are specifically welcomed, and the atmosphere is designed to encourage guests to mix around the table.
With dinner, drinks and the beach setting taken care of, Sunset on Seven Mile offers an easy way to spend a Thursday evening around a shared Cayman table.
Additional Information
Guests should arrive beach-ready rather than formally dressed, with flat shoes or bare feet recommended for the sand. Allergies and dietary requirements should be provided on the booking form; Kalabash will confirm what can be accommodated before payment. If weather conditions affect the event, confirmed guests will be contacted directly. A welcome drink and wine with dinner are included. Seating is requested through the booking form, after which availability and payment details are confirmed directly.
