Every sauce, dressing and marinade is crafted from scratch in The Hive's kitchen. They make all their own spice mixes and rubs daily, and whip up all sweet treats in-house. Even their lemonade is freshly squeezed to quench your thirst.
The Hive is all about authentic American BBQ, done the old-fashioned way: “low and slow” for that tender, juicy, melt-in-your-mouth goodness. Their secret? A custom blend of oak, pecan, Applewood and local sea grape in the smokers.
