It's surf & turf night at GTYC!
Enjoy a choice of appetizer (soup or salad), two grilled Caribbean lobster tails with corn, steamed vegetables, mac & cheese and garlic citrus butter. There will also be a carving station, manned by GTYC's great chefs, serving CAB roast beef all-you-can-eat and horseradish. You can also choose to have the lobster curried, Cayman style.
Kitchen closes at 9pm.
