The breads, pastries, delectable desserts and cashew cheese are made daily using only the purest vegan ingredients. Many of their menu options are also kind to the gluten-free crowd such as the Island Bowl with spicy jerk tofu, sautéed seasonal veggies and black beans over cilantro infused quinoa.
