Craft’s Happy Hour runs Monday to Friday from 4pm to 6pm, offering the perfect setting to wind down the day—or wind up the night. The creative and varied menu is designed to be enjoyed without any fuss in a casual setting. Must have dishes include the hot honey chicken; the beer-battered cheese curds, which are incredibly addictive; and the nacho chips and dips, layered in a cast iron skillet and served with fresh corn tortilla chips. Their signature Craft Burger is a half-pound dry-aged beef patty with Craft bacon, melted brie, and pickled red onions piled high on a warm brioche bun—try it with the truffle fries or poutine and their delicious housemade ketchup.
