On Thursday, 4 December 2025, The Brasserie in Cricket Square, George Town, will host its inaugural Harvest Dinner: Champagne & Lobster, a culinary celebration marking the start of the Cayman Islands’ lobster season. From 6.30 to 10pm, guests will enjoy an elegant open-air dining experience led by Chef Dean Max and Chef Artemio Lopez, featuring a three-course, family-style feast served in The Brasserie’s beautiful garden.
The evening begins with a welcome reception offering handcrafted cocktails and canapés, followed by a dinner showcasing the island’s first fresh lobster catch and an array of seasonal local ingredients. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with Champagne and selected wines, creating a refined balance of flavour and sophistication.
Designed for those who appreciate fine food, fresh produce, and relaxed island luxury, this event promises a memorable dining experience celebrating Cayman’s rich culinary heritage. Tickets are priced at CI$150 per person (plus gratuities).
