On Thursday, 27th November 2025, The Brasserie will host an elegant Thanksgiving Dinner from 5pm to 10pm, offering guests a memorable evening of refined seasonal dining.
The three-course menu celebrates the flavours of the season, beginning with a choice of Caboose Roasted Pumpkin Soup or Garden Kale & Brussels Sprout Salad, followed by an All-Natural Turkey Roulade served with Cayman sorrel tartar and pimento gravy. The meal concludes with a decadent Roasted Apple Pie accompanied by Coco Bluff coconut crema — the perfect finale to an unforgettable feast.
The dinner is priced at CI$72 per person (plus gratuities), with an optional wine pairing for CI$38.
