On Friday, 16 January 2026, The Brasserie in Cricket Square, George Town, will host The Sea Unites Us: A Celebration with Chefs Max & London from 7 to 9:30pm — an exclusive culinary collaboration celebrating the ocean’s bounty and the art of coastal cuisine.

This exceptional dining experience brings together Chef Dean Max, The Brasserie’s award-winning Executive Chef, and Chef James London, the James Beard finalist and visionary behind Charleston’s acclaimed Chubby Fish, recognised by Food & Wine as one of America’s Top 20 Restaurants.

Guests will be treated to a dock-to-table feast inspired by the freshest seasonal ingredients, locally sourced produce, and the bold, refined flavours that define both chefs’ culinary styles. The evening promises an elegant and immersive experience, uniting two coastal masters in a shared celebration of sustainability, craftsmanship, and taste.
