Island Naturals is known for their 'refreshingly delicious' approach to healthy eating. Although you must try their Red Quinoa and Beet Salad, you'll find much more than just salads on the menu! Indulge in a fresh, made-to-order selection of savoury house-made soups, hearty lunch wraps (like the Sweet Potato Black Bean Burger Wrap), hot curry noodle bowls or sizzling stir-fry. Saucha/Conscious Cafe

Saucha has been delivering locally sourced, vegan meals since 2013, while also offering custom catering, private chef services and brewing their own artisan kombucha which is widely sold in supermarkets and is on tap in some hotels. With an expanded daily delivery service they also very recently opened Conscious Cafe, where a consciously crafted menu offers everything from coffee to smoothies, salads to soups and fermented foods. They even make house-made sourdough!

The Brasserie

The Brasserie's menus change seasonally and are determined by what the restaurant proudly catches from its own fishing boats, grows organically or what can be sourced locally to produce the island's freshest, healthiest and tastiest breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners. From nutritious smoothies, juices and acai bowls at the Wicket Bar, to healthy grab & go wraps, custom-made wholesome salads and freshly baked cupcakes at the Market, there are plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options on offer.
