Next Door promises a fresh cocktail experience in a classic bar environment that will appeaI to all. As its name suggests, Next Door is located directly adjacent to its owners' existing Camana Bay restaurant, Agua.
The team has been inspired by Cayman's traditional uses of bush medicine to create a cocktail menu that incorporates local ingredients, prepped fresh inside the kitchen. In addition to the Cayman-inspired cocktail menu, there is a bar bites menu created by Agua's executive chef Simone Quattrini, which complements the bar's drinks offerings.
