Eleven years ago Italian owners Cristiano and Walter established Agua Restaurant and Lounge with the intention of creating a fresh and vibrant dining experience that avoided conventional Italian restaurant stereotypes and in 2018 they relocated to Camana Bay's breezy waterfront.
Their restaurant is stylish and airy, featuring lots of natural wood accents and coloured glass, creating a nautical theme that nicely complements the seafood-rich, Italian Peruvian inspired menu.
Their large ceviche section has garnered some dedicated fans over the years and some must-have dishes include the namesake Agua Tuna, the Sicilian Mahi and the delectable Peruvian seafood stew: Parihuela.
The wine list, with an extensive choice of Old and New World wines, perfectly complements the menu and patrons can even enjoy their meal in Agua's intimate wine room. Cocktails from Agua's award winning mixologists, enjoyed in their plush bar area, include the freshest and finest local ingredients. The combination of a unique Italian Peruvian menu, a casually elegant setting and attentive service has cemented Agua as one of the leading players in the Island’s restaurant scene.
