The illustrious English writer, Guy Beringer, gave birth to the word ‘brunch' in 1895, writing in his famous piece Brunch: A Plea, that “brunch is cheerful, social… and makes you satisfied with yourself and your fellow beings...” All still true Mr. Beringer!
