Call us old fashioned, but we still believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Yet Cayman’s restaurants prove again and again that there is nothing old fashioned about the breakfast spreads they’re cooking up. Soggy bowls of cereal consumed bleary-eyed at your kitchen table is a thing of the past – vibrant and delicious meals filled with flavour that cater to every budget, occasion and even dietary preference is what is dragging us out of bed!
Breakfast traditionalists need not fear, classics such as pancakes, French toast, eggs done your way, bagels and lox and hearty fry-ups will never go out of style however they have had to make room for a new wave of breakfast mainstays that have since come on the scene.
