SWIRL: Champagne & Oysters

On Thursday, 18 December 2025, The Brasserie in Cricket Square, George Town, invites guests to an exquisite evening of Champagne and oyster pairings from 5.30 to 7pm. This edition of the Brasserie’s popular SWIRL series celebrates the harmony between Champagne’s effervescence and the ocean’s finest delicacy.

Guests will enjoy four exclusive Champagnes—Grand Cuvée, Blanc de Blancs, Rosé, and Vintage—each expertly paired with oysters prepared in four distinctive styles. The tasting is designed to explore how Champagne’s bright acidity and delicate bubbles elevate the oyster’s briny richness, creating a sophisticated balance of texture and flavour.

Perfect for Champagne enthusiasts and seafood lovers alike, this event promises an intimate, sensory experience that highlights craftsmanship, refinement, and the beauty of pairing simplicity with excellence. Tickets are priced at CI$95 per person (plus gratuities).
