On Friday, 7 November 2025, The Brasserie in Cricket Square, George Town, presents an exceptional evening of fine dining and Champagne indulgence with the Wine & Dine: Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Dinner. From 6:30 to 10pm, guests will be treated to a meticulously crafted five-course tasting menu by Chef Dean Max, each course thoughtfully paired with the distinguished Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Champagnes 2015 and 2016.
This exclusive dining experience celebrates the art of culinary harmony, where every flavour and Champagne note has been carefully balanced to create a sophisticated and memorable evening. Attendees can expect refined dishes, impeccable service, and an atmosphere of understated luxury.
