Ferdinand’s in Cayman is a 'Caribbean Casual' restaurant focusing on local foods, spices and flavours. Chef Sandy has put together a comfort food approach to Caribbean cuisine with flavours like braised short ribs, jerk chicken pot pie, truffle mac and cheese, conch chowder, sticky toffee pudding and cassava cake.

Ferdinand's is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week from 7am to 10pm and offers a delicious, full breakfast buffet as well as à la carte menu selections. Ferdinand’s is also well known for its world famous brunch which is held from 11.30am to 2.30pm every Sunday. Now featuring: Marquis de la Tour sparkling wine, Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc, a Margarita Bar, and a wide variety of delicious stations. Enjoy an extravagant feast including breakfast items, pasta station, carving station, dim sum and sushi station, hot dishes and decadent desserts.
Ferdinands offers one of the largest all-you-can-eat salad bar on the Island, Mondays thru Friday from 12 noon to 3pm. This vegetarian's delight includes soup, salad, artisan breads and desserts for CI$15.95 per person. Add hot pasta for CI$2 more. This is self-serve and you are welcome to do it as a take-out.
