Beach House in Grand Cayman is an upscale yet casual restaurant offering views of Seven Mile Beach in an inviting and intimate atmosphere at the Westin Grand Cayman Resort. The cuisine is centered on coastal living and foods from the Caribbean Sea, Mediterranean and the Southern Asia. Although seafood is the mainstay of the menu, duck, beef, lamb and pork are highlighted as well. Executive Chef Sandy Tuason prides himself on using local, sustainable fish and the freshest produce from the Cayman Islands, where possible, in his signature dishes.
For a unique and lasting dining experience, the Beach House also offers a five course tasting menu with or without wine pairing. The Beach House has a strong wine programme, offering a full selection of mid-range, select and boutique wines from around the world. Allow the service staff to use their extensive knowledge to recommend the ideal wine pairing to enhance the dining experience.
