The illustrious English writer, Guy Beringer, gave birth to the word ‘brunch' in 1895, writing in his famous piece Brunch: A Plea, that “brunch is cheerful, social… and makes you satisfied with yourself and your fellow beings...” All still true Mr. Beringer!

Now a global phenomenon, brunch is firmly a Cayman institution. Relish the joy of sleeping in on Sunday morning before you begin the steady march—of the famished—into one of the Island’s hottest restaurants!
