Oh My Lunch!

When the clock strikes 11am...

...we can't help but think about what we're going to eat for lunch, but with numerous options in Cayman, it's not always an easy decision! So whether it's a leisurely lunch with friends or colleagues, a quick bite on the run, or lunch brought straight to your door, we've rounded up the best spots for your midday meal.

Wild Juice Chase!
There are some great choices for when you’re in the mood to grab a juice or a green smoothie and revitalize your body with fruits, veggies, and nutrients in liquid form. You can find fresh juices by Drink Fresh Juice at Full of Beans and Island Naturals Café. Jessie’s Juice, Fresh Kitchen & Coffee and Juiced @ The Wicket are great for freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices and Saucha serves up home brewed, organic kombucha. Visit Green2Go in Canon Place and get a wonderful green smoothie full of local kale, purslane, moringa, bananas, mango, ginger and turmeric. He supports local famers and also offers daily delivery.

Farm Fresh
With a rising abundance of fresh, locally grown produce available to us in Cayman, consumers are inspired to make a shift towards more sustainable dining. Visit The Brasserie Market for fresh and tasty made-to-order salads and sandwiches with ingredients sourced locally. VIVO, Bread & Chocolate, and Conscious Cafe all offer lunch options that promote the farm-to-table movement with food made using ingredients that have been hand-selected and consciously chosen. Islands Naturals is another great choice since they pledge the use of a wide-variety of sustainably grown, non-GMO, organic ingredients, and provide hearty dishes and seasonally-updated smoothie selections. Trendy South West Collective and sister cafe, Jessie's Juice, offer wholesome, delicious sandwiches, flat breads, salads, juices and smoothies.

Lunch Crunch
If you need lunch in double-quick time then pick up freshly prepared hot food, salads and made to order sandwiches from Kirk's Gourmet Deli or Foster's Food Fair. Also try Bay Market where you can build your own salad and sandwich. Pico in the Cayman Technology Centre makes fresh made-to-order Mexican fare and Brussel Sprouts has a daily changing menu featuring hot home-cooked meals. If you’re in a hurry, Al La Kebab can produce made-to-order pita wraps and Subway can create delicious subs. Try Island Taste for local dishes and their popular patties! If freshly roasted chicken, soups and mouthwatering sides are more your thing, then pop into Chicken! Chicken!. Established coffee houses, Cafe Del Sol and Paperman's, both of which you'll find dotted around the Island, offer soups and sandwiches perfect for lunch on the go.

Straight to your door...
Want lunch brought straight to your door? There are a number of cafes and restaurants on-Island that offer delivery services for those days when you're tied to the desk! Bread and Chocolate Vegan Bistro, Island Naturals and Saucha deliver healthy and wholesome vegan meals to your home or office throughout the week. Full of Beans offers a variety of salads, quiches and fresh daily specials with a weekday delivery option. If you want something a little more indulgent, call Burger Shack for a burger made with 100% beef or Gino's for pizza by the slice or one of their delicious subs. Waterfront Urban Diner and Brooklyn in Camana Bay also deliver.
